Terms of service

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Deposits for tattoos start at $100 and must be paid at the time of booking your appointment. The deposit acts as a hold for the artist and their time. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and is put towards the final cost of your tattoo.

Your deposit and appointment are booked for the idea discussed with the artist or staff at the time of booking. 

Please let the artist or staff know if you have any financial concerns/restrictions, or prior engagements at the time of booking that might interfere with your appointment.

You must give at least 48 hours (2 days) notice to reschedule your appointment. Failing to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Canceling your appointment entirely, will also result in the loss of your deposit.

BEFORE YOUR TATTOO

Avoid ALL SKIN CARE PRODUCTS ON YOUR BROWS or area getting tattooed for at least two weeks leading up to your appointment. Make up is fine, but I suggest using organic cleansers to remove your makeup. Water wipes work great! This includes all Anti-aging, acne and retinol products. DO NOT TAKE ANY PAIN MEDS for 2-3 days prior! This will help prevent bruising & bleeding. Avoid partying (drinking caffeine, alcohol or drug use) at least 48 hours prior to your tattoo appointment, as well as sun tanning or tanning beds. Get a good night sleep prior to your appointment. The healthier you are before hand, the easier it will be for you and the artist to complete your tattoo session. If your skin is sunburned we will have to reschedule. 

It is very important that you eat before your appointment. Heavier meals such as pasta, potatoes, etc, and fruit juices will help make your session easier if you get nervous or anxious.  Never get tattooed on an empty stomach.

Occasionally, due to circumstances the artist may fall behind schedule. This can be caused by a number of uncontrollable issues. If you are on a tight schedule, feel free to call the shop before your appointment to see how the day is going.

 DURING YOUR TATTOO

Under no circumstance are children allowed to sit and wait while their parents receive any kind of Tattoo service.

AFTER YOUR TATTOO

Healing time for most tattoos is 7-14 days. During this time you’ll need to avoid tanning beds, sun tanning and saunas as well as lakes, oceans, pools, hot tubs, baths (quick showers are ok) and any other body of water where bacteria may be present. Soaps, cleansers, lotions, sunscreens and make up removers. Do your best not to over expose the area of your body that has been tattooed.

Although guidelines to heal a tattoo vary from shop to shop, it is highly recommended that you follow our aftercare process. Failure to do so may result in a tattoo that does not show your idea or the artist’s work properly. Our healing guidelines are set for a reason.

After the 8 week final healing process, if you feel like your tattoo may need a touch up, please consult with your artist first. There is a $150 charge for any and all touch ups due to the use of materials and setup costs. We do offer a killer deal when you refer two friends who book, your touch up is then on me, as my THANK YOU!

Communication is important! If you have any questions before, during or after your tattoo, please let us know! I promise we want you to love your new tattoo as much as you want to. Make sure to vocalize things you are not liking so we can do our very best work for you.
